Donna Trask, founder of Real Body Worx, opened her first Natural Therapy Clinic in 1982, at the time focussing on Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage.
Over 40 years Donna has added Bowen Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Horstmann Technique, Aromatherapy, DNA Activation (Theta Healing), PNF Stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Donna has trained and assessed in these fields for over 30 years and created Real Body Worx after seeing the amazing effects of combining various treatment modalities on the body.
